On November 30th, we had the pleasure of being part of the Gender and Environment Career day in Montreal, an initiative of the Girls Action Foundation. It was a great opportunity to introduce participants to the mission of our holistic wellness company, as well as our growing line of natural and environmental friendly products.

Environmental issues are at the heart of the choices we make within Ann & Eli Apothecary: that’s why we essentially use organic herbs and oils in order to offer you potent, non-toxic and environmentally friendly products. We also want to minimize our environmental impact by using recycled or compostable paper packaging, and minimizing the use of plastic and its derivatives.

Founded in 1995, Girls Action is a national non-profit organization that believes in the power of girls as agents of social change. This event was therefore an opportunity for women leaders in traditional and non-traditional occupations, who work in fields related to the environment and sustainable development, to offer intergenerational mentorship to young women in their communities. It was a real pleasure for our founder, Andrea Bomo, to answer the various questions of the participants looking for inspiration and guidance in their future professional choices.
